On the PlayerPlug website, we currently do not personally store user personal information. The only user information that is stored comes from the use of cookies on the website, and if a user interacts with third-party feeds that are embedded on our website (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit).

 

On the PlayerPlug Application, users have the ability to sign up for a PlayerPlug account, where their customer information is then stored, and "Direct Message" history when contacting with PlayerPlug is then stored. Users can also enable location services and push notifications. To disable notifications and location services, users can click the "About" tab in the upper right corner of the homepage of the application, then the "settings" icon, which is in the upper right corner as well, and shaped like a gear. To request to have all user information deleted/a copy of all information provided, please use the "Direct Message Us" feature on the homepage of the application, and let us know you would like any personal data we have of yours deleted, and we will fulfill this request.
